FA: Communications/Media Relations
CMM is responsible for all communications to the general public, including the management of content, media relations, website and social media.
Management of issue responses as identified including preparing issue notes, coordinating written materials; prepares daily key messages scripts/speaking remarks for SLT, notes and Q+As, takes part in incident calls when necessary. Assumes management of FCC when Manager is not available.

- Assume management of CMM FCC and its workforce when FCC Manager is not available.
