FA: Communications/Media Relations
CMM is responsible for all communications to the general public, including the management of content, media relations, website and social media.
Responsible for overall IG2017 website and social media operations, approves all digital content. Provide digital crew with direction and tasks for each day. Assists with scheduling content, creating engagement digital campaigns and features and ensuring a robust and engaging online community. Point of escalation of issues identified on digital feeds.
