Plan and deliver operations that occur on venues.

Position Summary

Event Services Team Leads are responsible for a team of event services crew in a designated area, ensuring they have the information and necessary equipment for their roles, breaking and rotating hosts throughout each shift and sharing and escalating information as required.

Key Skill/ Area of Experience: Customer Service


  • Provide information to spectators and volunteers
  • Resolve customer satisfaction issues

Key Skill/ Area of Experience: Event Management


  • Monitor spectator movement and satisfaction and communicate to Venue Event Services Supervisor and Venue General Manager
  • Communicate relevant information to VCC Operator and other Functional Areas
  • Deploy and collect equipment
  • Assist Venue General Manager and Venue Event Services Supervisor in their duties

Key Skill/ Area of Experience: Volunteer Management/Human Resources


  • Deploy and manage crew
  • Track volunteer hours
  • Participating in briefing and debriefing sessions
  • Ensure crew has what they need to perform their roles
  • Rotate crew as needed and coordinate breaks
