FA: Communications/Media Relations

FA Description

CMM is responsible for all communications to the general public, including the management of content, media relations, website and social media.

Position Summary

Manages all media team staff and ensure media requests are properly handled; assumes management of FCC when Manager is not available. Ensures interviews are coordinated promptly, addresses media relations issues and manages press conference when necessary. Along with FCC Lead, will serve as media spokesperson as required.
