FA: Transportation
FA Description
To design and deliver transportation systems for Games time to move competitors (and their equipment), Friends & Family, media, technical officials, and dignitaries from the host hotel, Games Guest Hotel(s) to/from the competition and ceremony venues.

- To design and deliver arrivals/departures transport services to/from YYZ to the host hotel at Games time and to manage YYZ as a venue.
Position Summary
Provide transportation for our games clients, getting them to their preferred locations in a safe and timely matter.
Key Skill/ Area of Experience: Fleet Driver
Tasks
- Driving clients to competition and non – competition venues throughout the duration of the games while being responsible for maintaining vehicles (inside and out) so they are ready for service. Making sure all logs and paper work required per shift are completed.
- Constant communication with dispatch, clients, external partners, supervisors, protocol function, games guests and venue to insure effective service throughout the games.

Tasks
- Provides day to day customer service and support to clients and dispatch. Provide proactive and timely communication of issues found, answer client and dispatch inquiries quickly, politely and professionally while responding to their inquiries with urgency and accuracy.
