Season 1

Safety is a responsibility that we all share. The law requires that all volunteers be trained in health and safety standards and to understand their rights as a member of our organization. If your role is crew, complete the training for workers; supervisors complete training for supervisors. Keep a copy of your certificate upon completion. (self-paced, 20 minutes)

Family and friends are an essential part of our competitors’ recovery. This playlist will introduce you to some of former and current Team Canada’s family and friends and what the Invictus Games mean to them. (YouTube playlist)

Season 2

To provide a barrier free experience for our guests and competitors, this e-learning module will provide you with best practices and standards. Print and keep a copy of your certificate upon completion! (Self-paced, 20 minutes)

As an IG2017 volunteer you may interact with individuals with Mental Health conditions. This module will provide you with the knowledge and best practices to respond with competence and confidence in your role. (Self-paced, 15 minutes)

These six military protocol basics will help you when welcoming our unconquerable servicemen and women and their families. (Self-paced, 1 minute)

Season 3

Welcome to the final season of Games RECCE. Season 3 contains training content for volunteers to refer to either as a refresher or reminder or to review as part of their just-in-time training if they were not able to attend either their Volunteer Summit (including Role RECCE training) or their assigned Venue RECCE.
